You must complete each screen in order to insure your shipment. At the end of the process, you will receive a U-PIC Insurance Confirmation Number. This number is required to file a claim. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your shipment is NOT insured!

If you have purchased insurance from U-PIC before, you can speed up the purchasing process by entering your last order ID number and your email address HERE. The U-PIC system will insert details from your last order into the entry forms so that you do not need to retype the same data over again.
